Introduction:SJ**1 is an agglomerated flux of basic type, basicity index is 1.8,density is 1.2gram/cm3 . By using SJ**1 flux, a little Si and Mn of the weld metal increase, the SJ**1 flux belongs to metallurgy neutral. The flux has perfect performance, stable arc, excellent slag removal, high charpy notch toughness at low temperature, welding can be done on AC or DC+.
Application:SJ**1 flux is suitable for welding X*2 X*0 X*5 pipe steels and low alloy steels matching wires of H*8MnA. H*8MnMo.Ho8C ect.
Note: before welding, baked 2hours flux of **0。C and removed rust, oil, moisture ect of plate.
