Chienese jacque (Bhut Jolokia) in any quantity.
Whole dry pods:
Semidried whole pods, dried under controlled environment at *0
°C, stalked, contains about **8% moisture, processed from freshly
picked pods from company farms cultivated in an almost
chemical-free environment, no chemicals of any form added during
processing.
Powder:
Finely ground powder from dried pods of bih jolokia, processed
from freshly picked pods from company farms cultivated in an almost
chemical-free environment, no chemicals of any form added during
processing.
Flakes:
Flakes are produced after drying destalked garden-fresh pods
in electrically operated dryers. Final moisture content is ***0%.
Packed in polypropylene bags or metalised pouches of **0g and 1 kg
capacity. Can be packed in pouches in varied capacities as per
buyer’s requirement.
Paste:
Fine natural paste (without concentration) of the chilli is
packed in 1 kg pouches. No chemicals are added.
Salted mash:
We are also marketing mashed form of this chilli. The mash,
containing salt develops a unique flavour after maturation
following a specialized technique. The mash is packed in pouches or
drums in varied capacities as per buyer’s requirement.
