1. Buyer accepts, signs and returns FCO.
2. Seller issues a Draft Contract within *8 hours.
3. Buyer and Seller amend Contract if necessary and finalize within 5 days
4. Buyer Signs and Seals Contract and submits along with pof.
5. Seller provides POP of ability to perform and deliver to Buyer for verification.
6. Buyer Issues SBLC in favour of Seller for **0% of value of one month’s purchase.
7. Shipping begins and completes according to Contract Terms.
N.B. THIS OFFER IS BASED ON **0,**0 MT PER MONTH GUARANTEED IMMEDIATELY AND UP TO **0,**0 MT PER MONTH IF POSSIBLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE BUYER WILL BE REQUIRED TO ISSUE AND SBLC ONLY FOR THE VALUE OF PRODUCT GUARANTEED PER THE CONTRACT WHEN FULLY EXECUTED.
