ã€The
introduction】
Slaking tank is very important in the production line of all kinds
of steam and pressurecured
brick.Whether it runs well or not has an big impact on the
continuous reaction of
the mixed raw materials.It also affects the quality, output and the
rate of the final products
ã€the introduction of
the silo storage tank 】
. Silo is a closed tank which is used to contain lime, cement, fly
ash and other bulk materials,
. There are marks on the tank which show the amount and position of
the material.
. Unblocking device can break up the agglomerations formed when the
materials are stored in the tank for a long
time.
ã€Productive Process of Aerated Concrete】
(1).Production Process of Aerated Concrete According to the
category and quality of raw material, and the features of
equipment, the aerated concrete can be manufactured in different
processes. Generally, add water to ash, silica sand or slag and
crush them into slurry;
(2) . Then add powdery lime, cement of right amount, plaster,
vesicant, foam stabilizer, and mix and pour it to mould frame;
(3).After curing, foaming and hardening, cut it into blocks and
boards in different specifications;
(4).Finally, transport it into pressure steamer with
steam-curing cart, and get the light cellular concrete after
steam-curing with high temperature and pressure.
