Description

GYH******2D  D.C. Double-Bar EFG-Welding Machine has following features:
1) D.C. power supply is used as welding power supply.
2) Switchgear cabinets are equipped with a primary current indicator and a voltmeter.
3) Cross bars are manually laid and automatically fed.
4) Bearing bars are manually positioned and automatically fed.
5) Steel grating is auto-repeatedly clamped & sent out.
6) 2 cross bars are automatically welded at a time and cross bar pitch for successive *-time welding can be automatically controlled.
7) Longitudinal welding distortion is automatically corrected.
8) Both manual mode and automatic mode can be selected in operation console.
9) Linear ball rail is used in bar grating dragging device.
*0) Welding parameters are set and stored in sections (data never disappear even if power supply is interrupted). Parameters are set with intelligence and indicated with digital display.
*1) PLC is used in control system. Operating console is installed with man-machine interface touching screen with LCD.
*2) PLC device and main electrical elements are outsourced from famous foreign companies.
