Description

HDPE is a high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin. Appearance of the original stateof HDPE milky white, the thin cross-section was a certain degree of translucent. PE has excellent resistance to most of the characteristics of living and industrial chemicals. Certain types of chemicals will undergo chemical corrosion, such as corrosive oxidizer (nitric acid),aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene) and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer is not water vapor absorption and has a good nature, can be used for packing.HDPE has good electrical properties, especially dielectric insulation, high strength, so it issuitable for wire and cable. Medium to high molecular weight grades with excellent impact resistance at room temperature even in**0F temperatures are so low. Unique characteristics of various grades of HDPE is an appropriate combination of four basicvariables: density, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and additives. Differentcatalysts are used to produce customized special performance polymers. These variablescombine to produce different uses of HDPE grade; in performance to achieve the bestbalance.
