Description

FRP sheet is made of thermosetting fiberglass and reinforced plastic. As a composite material, it is optically nonuniform. Working long in the factory covered by FRP sheets won’t make the workers feel tired. It is also energy-saving. Moreover, the Anti-ultraviolet film covered on the surface can greatly extend the service life of the sheets.
Normally, the oxidation number of an FRP sheet is no more than *1%, which means it is deflagrable. It burns itself when facing any flame, and the higher the temperature the easier the burning will be. Once in a fire accident, FRP sheet will burn up fast enough to make oxygenexhaust. FRP sheet is thermosetting, so there will no drops when it is burning. When oxidation number is equal or higher than *8%, the sheet will be flame resistant and self-extinguishing once away from fire. When facing flames, high temperature, or pyrolysis, it will get into sustained combustion.
Like other lighting sheets, the intensity of FRP will decline as the temperature rises. When the temperature rises to a specific value, its intensity will decline sharply. It is unlikely to age, yellow, break or soften when the temperature varies from *0℃ to *5℃. FRP can resist low temperatures while some other materials can not. When the temperature drops to **0℃, its intensity tends to rise if the temperature continues to decline.
