Description
Permanent magnetic concentrating separator is a newly developed
magnetic separator especially designed for adjusting the
concentration processing of magnetic ore at both upstream and
downstream sections of the addressing plant.
This magnetic concentrating separator is characterized by its high
recovery rate, large treatment capacity and effective concentration
for minerals with strong magnetism. When the concentration of fed
ore is *0%**5%, the recovery rate can reach *9.5% or more, and the
concentration density of fed ore will be up to *0%**5%.
Because of all the advantages of this permanent magnetic
concentrating separator, conventional space-occupying dewatering
tanks and concentration basins which are used for concentrating
treatment of materials with strong magnetism will be completely
replaced.
Due to our optimized design, magnetic system of magnetic
concentrating separator with wide wrapping angle and more
reasonably distributed magnetic force, smaller drum has possessed
larger separating space which leads to a higher capacity of
magnetite concentrates pass and prevent usable ore from running
off.
This separator discharges ore with non-magnetic-zone scrappers
assisted by flushing pipes with convertible flowrate controlling,
to ensure expected concentration rate of the ore.
For ore addressing plants with big fluctuations in the
concentration of raw ore slurry, relatively stable concentration
and high recovery rate can also be reached using this
separator.
