1. Materials are crushed into much smaller size, so more
crushing and less grinding efficiency is realized. The
crushing capacity in the following process is increased, and the
system power consumption is reduced.
2. Larger capacity and smaller size of final product reduce
cyclic load, so chute of vibrating screen and belt conveyor are
worn slightly, and power consumption of belt conveyor is reduced
too.

shortened.
Working principle:Crushing process is completed
between the fixed cone and eccentric rotating moving cone.
Horizontal axis of crusher is driven by motor through the V-belt,
and drives eccentric cover by gear. Eccentric cover makes
main shaft rotate to cause eccentricity. Materials enter
crushing chamber through upper inlet of crusher, and are discharged
out through lower outlet.

body can rise and decline integrally to adjust discharge size, so

cone body combine stably after precise design, and filler is not

saved. Fixed cone is installed stably, so stuffing is not
necessary to be filled.
5. Hydraulic pressure of the whole machine is so low that it
gives lower pressure to the main frame, and hydraulic system lasts
longer.
