1. Quick heat dissipation design

 

IR isolation design, perfect thermal conductive circuit, whole MCPCB, large shell aluminum heat dissipation area to solve thoroughly ir high temperature. Intelligent IR control design to make sure image clear no matter close or far

 

2. *4pcs high power led in three groups(far. Medium, close), each group supply *2 light intensity

 

IR light intensity can be auto adjusted according to magnification in auto mode and manual adjusted by keyboard remote in manual mode. Light intensity can be turn up while far, turn down while in medium place. It can reduce ir heat dissipation, effectually decrease temperature and solve 'flashligh' phenomenon. After manual adjusting the ir light intensity, the adjusted ir current data can be saved by keeping presets. And the reasonable ir current of the monitory point can be called up by using presets and preset cruise.

 

3. Filter Intelligent synchronous switching

 

IR light controlling and camera filter switch intelligent synchronously. System digitizes the Photosensitive resistance value from 0 to **5 to read present light intensity at any time. Set IR light turning on in the ODS, design buffer value, turn onIR which is perfect proper for every light and situation. The stroboscopic and unsynchronized in the situation of ir light off will be resolved.

 

4. Optimize IR drive circuit

 

Using constant current, voltage circuit and PWM control circuit design to make sure ir light can work stably in much time. MCU control the ir system directly. It can flexibly set in many ir modes, remote upgrated ir system configuration and turn on the defogging and dehumidification function of ir. It also support powerful ir extended function.
