Composite Panel ACP comprises a
polyethylene core between two aluminum skins, the LDPE core's
thickness and alloy's width can be designed according to customers’
requirement, the front surface can be used the PVDF, Polyester and
Nanometer paints, the protective film on the top surface can be
peeled off. The back sheet is done by anti-corrosive pretreatment
coated with anti-corrosive paints.
The content of sandwiched core is Mg(OH)2 NaOH and PE mixture
materials, we use the high efficiency Dopont's Coupling Agent, the
materials not only have the fire proof property, but also easy for
formation
