DSJ series hammer crusher is a new crusher combining drying and crushing technology.It can be used to dry and crush the soft material, such as chalk,clay, filtered cake of slurry form,and so on. The moisture content of the feed material is no bigger than *0%.
It is used to break, dry and calcine the gypsum of industry byproducts and flue gas desulfurization. And at the same time, it has the function of breaking and crushing. The rolling rotor breaks up the material, and then the hot air dry these materials. The airstream brings the crushed and dried material to separation chamber. Then, the fine powder enters into the cyclone tunnel in order to be separated, while the coarse grains return the hammer crusher to be crushed again.
In gypsum board industry,the rotor on DSJ Series Drying Hammer Crusher can break up and throw the desulfurized gypsum stag,whose water content is no more than *2%.During this process, the gypsum stag exchanges the heat with the intake hot air of **0℃,and then the max water content of material is 1%,which goes into riser from outlet duct and then hot air takes the material into the process.This machine can aslo be used to dry and crush filtered cake in cement industry and calcium carbide slag in environmental protection.
