This machine
equips Panasonic inverter and Omron PLC. Main body of the machine
is welded from *2mm steel board and working table is stainless
steel. It has mechanical and photoelectrical cutting-proofing
device, ensures the safety.
1.1 Adopts PLC
program control, reduced mechanical contact, and system failure
rate is very low, runs very stable.
1.2 Inerter speed control, to change packing speed only needs to
turn the switch connected to the inverter.
1.3 Main body are welded from *2mm steel board, and heat treaded
after welding, which eliminated internal stress, makes no shaking
during machine runs.
1.4 Gear-chain type steepless speed changer, turn handle can change
the length of packing bag.
1.5 Digital display shows bag length, packing speed, sealing
temperature and capacity directly.
1.6 Two way photoelectric tracing system, ensures the packing film
be cut at the right position.
1.7 Automatic stop positioning, prevent film be burned when
stopping.
1.8 This machine furnishes leakage protection switch to protect
workers and machine.
1.9 Before sealing knife there are emergency switch and protecting
shell, which can prevent hurting operator by error
operating.
