7 Installation、Adjustment and Accept
7.1 Plane drawing and groundwork drawing are provided before construction. The provider checks construction quality. Cooperating with the user, the provider takes charge of the installation and adjustment, and the quality of installation is checked and accepted by the user.
7.2 Sequence of checking and accepting
7.2.1 User sends person to providers spot shop for pre-checking. Pre-checking points is checked by device technical spec and requirements before delivery. Since pre-checking report is signed by double sides, furnace would be send from factory. At the same period, technique training is provided to the user.
7.2.2 Final accepting is operated and reaches the normal requirement, after user informs the provider, or the furnace is arrived at the users local a week. Installation is in the charge of the provider cooperating with the user. After the accepting device, both sides subscribe accepting report.
8 Technical Training
The provider takes charge of the training of operation and maintenances to the user. After the training, the engineer of the user could operate accurately and independently. At the time of pre-checking, the provider also gives technical training for the user (operation worker, mechanical maintenance worker, and electrical maintenance worker).
