PP strap production line
1 extruder units:   Â Screw and barrel are made of steel alloy. Good screw design saves eletricity and has a long service life. Motor and gear box are of famous brand.
2 Metering gear pump  Â Metering pump is applied to ensure an accurate and stable extrusion of straps.
3 Die  Â The die is of high precision, and has a long service life.
4 Cooling Water tank  Â Made of stainless steel. Workers can easily adjust the straps inside the tank. The temperature is easily monitored. For more efficient cooling, industrial chiller is optional.
5 First roller unit  Â There is a water removing device mounted on the first roller unit. The rollers provide optimum stretching force for the straps.
6 Hot air oven  The temperature is automaticly controlled. The oven is heavily insulated to prevent heat loss. It saves electricity and heat the straps to an optimum Itemperature. 7 Second roller unit  Â It provides optimum stretching force. 
9 Embossing unit  Â Specially made embossing rollers, makes the straps look nice, even, and uniform. 10 Heat treatment oven  Â Ã‚ Utilize infrared lamps to heat the straps evenly. *1 Strap cooling tank  Â Ã‚ Made of stainless steel, cools the straps efficiently. *1 Third roller unit  Â Ã‚ Delivers the straps to the winding system
*2 High speed double-station winder  Â Ã‚ Equipped with torque motor and metering device. Easy operation. High speed. It can wind straps of different sizes. Automatic winding system and weighing device is optional.  *3 Printer  Â Ã‚ On-line printer and off line printer are optional.
