Description

 Suitable for counting and filling any sizes and shapes of tablets, Hard capsules, caplets, soft gels and transparent products into containers .  Enclosed double counting discs and 2 nozzles are built inside of the transparent enclosure panel –this Compact design prevents products pollution from outer atmosphere .  All product contact parts are made of SUS **4 or SUS **6 (optional) or FDA approved stainless steel materials .  Bottles are positioned and changed by air cylinder to ensure accuracy positioning prior to filling to avoid spillage.  Accurate counting system, No bottle—No fill!  One conveyer for bottles transmission with speed variator .  Easy to dismantle with a minimum amount parts for clean up .  Compatible design allows for attaching a capping machine , a labeling machine and a cartooning machine to become a line-up production.  BUTTON CONTROL TYPE .
