HRP Pipeline Repair Products is made of cross-linked polyolefin sheet coated with high perpormance heat melting ***** Repair patch are used to add corrosion protection or fill voids in damaged coatings.
Repair Patch is designed for repair of damaged PE-coating on steel pipe.Also the amendment of the holes or crack which the diameter smaller than **0mm2 on the backing ***** the damage area of coating pipeline greater than **0mm2.Heat Shrinkable Wraparound Sleeve(or Heat Shrinkable WraparoundTape)is recommended.
*Mainline coating repair products including melt stickers and repair patches compatible withcommon pipeline coatings.
*Both the sticker and patch can be installled quickly with no special tools required.
*The installed patch provides a barrier to moisture and corrosion and is resistant to abrasion and shear forces during pipeline installation and while inservice.
