Special Welding Equipment for Full Welded Ball Valve Introduction The scope of applicable valve body diameter for this equipment is large, the working efficiency is very high. This equipment can greatly improve the automation of ball valve welding. Due to the particularity of the workpiece, (the special temperature requirements of inside plastic seal), in order to meet the requirement of not to damage the inside plastic seal, we use the micro wire submerged arc welding to reduce the heat input and the crevasse. The available welding seam width is *2mm to *2mm, available wire diameter is Φ1.2mm to Φ2.0 mm.
