WILLSTRONG® ZCP Inspired by aluminum composite panel, WILLSTRONG have produced Zinc-composite panel successfully. WILLSTRONG® ZCP include two sorts, ***** ZCP/ZZ and ZCP/ZA。ZCP/ZZ is finished with two zinc alloy sheet on both sides. ZCP/ZA is finished with zinc alloy on front side while aluminum alloy on rear side. • Super Long Life Due to the weathered surface layers, the zinc alloy has a distinctive long life. The test results show that the corrosion rate is annually about 3 microns, which means that 0.2mm thick zinc lasts as long as *6 years. • Flatness Due to the continued laminating process and sandwich structure, ZCM is same flat as that of ACP. • Strong Bending Strength The high bending strength attributes to the sandwich structure and composite materials. For instance, 4mm ZCP with 0.5mm zinc alloy layer equivalent to 3mm zinc sheet in bending strength, but the ZCP offers *0% lower weight. • Self repairing By natural produced layer on the surface of zinc can gradually repair the slight scratches. Touch up paint is deprecated because it may cause a spot color change.
