When subjected to water or moisture content, Mega board will not swell, soften, decay, disintegrate or harbour mould growth, unlike other wood based cement particle boards. This means the board is extremely durable in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens and other &#**9;wet areas&#**9;. As well as a non combustible Fire rating, it exhibits excellent thermal and acoustic properties and provides an excellent resistance to impact damage. The board is easy and quick to install.
