Its properties are similar as copper and aluminum because it has the good electrical conductivity as copper and light weight as aluminum. Advantages: 1.Direct-current electronic resistivity: The electronic resistance of Enamelled CCA Round Wire is approximately 1.5 times of pure copper wire. When the resistance are the same, the weight of Enamelled CCA Round Wire is about half of the pure copper wire. ***** braze abilities: Because its surface is covered with a layer of pure copper, Enamelled CCA Round wire has the same braze ability as the pure copper wire. In the other hands, It need not to do special treatment. 3.Light weights: The density of Enamelled CCA Round wire is 1/3 of the pure copper wire which has the same diameter. Therefore it is effective to reduce the weights of the electric cable and the coil. Application: Electrical tools, ballast; mainly used in the windings, such as transformers, motors, generators and various electrical installations.
