Description

FR-RNBR is produced in Malaysia and so far is the sole producer due to the technologcal breakthrough. The technology breakthrough product is done by recycling scraped Nitrile (NBR) gloves into a comparble properties as virgin NBR and maintain a long shelf life. This technology is highly sought after by Nitrile Rubber users in USA, China, Korea and India. It has been tested and verified by Malaysian Rubber Board as well as labortories in Xiamen China and Korea for its superior machanical properties and good compoundability. FRT-RNBR has consistent quality because it is produced purly from scrap Nitrile gloves with ****0% estimated ACN content and with ****0% of rubber hydrocarbon content. It can be mixed with Virgin Nitrile Rubber (Krynac ***0) from *0% to *0% depending on the formulation. Hence it enable the costs reduction of *5% to *0%. For a *0% FRT-RNBR + *0% Krynac ***0 tested to have the following properties: (1) Hardness (Unaged): *5 (2) Tensile Strength Mpa (Unaged): *0.7 (3) EB %: **0 (4) M**0, Mpa: 2.8 (5) M**0, Mpa: 9.5 Other information can be supplied in details upon request.
