Mechanical System The machine is steel frame; its pattern adopts hard-wearing metal powder spraying technology. Electric Control System The machine is equipped with PLC control system. Its random signal and pressure analyzing system materializes the best running of the machines, and its touch screen has friendly computerized interface makes selecting and operating parameters easy. Inside the PLC control system, there are intelligent failure diagnosing software package and telecommunication control system to make remote technical service available. At present, there are 4 machine types: 7U-JKB*5/*0, 7U-JKB*5/*0, 7U-JKB*5/*0 and 7U-JKB*5/*0, with capacity from *8 to *0 tons of finished products per hour.
