Hypoxia Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Machine is a special line adopting continuous casting and rolling technology to produce Φ8mm bright copper rod in reverberator or horizontal furnace from rejected red copper(grade one). The brief technological progress is: Rejected red copper(grade one)→reverberator or horizontal furnace→(melting, oxidation and refining)→launder→pouring cavity→casting machine→front haulage device→rolling shear→straightener→chamfer device→material feeding device→continuous rolling mill→cooling and reduction device→looping device→coiler. Hypoxia Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Machine consists of melting device which can be reverberator, horizontal furnace or vertical furnace(the raw material is cathode copper), and main parts which are *-wheel continuous casting machine, front haulage device, rolling shear, straightener, defeathering machine, **-roller continuous rolling mill and coiler. The rejected red copper should be grade one or even better, and the refined copper should be (ppm) : Pb9<0, Sn<*0, Ni<*0, Zn<*0, Fe<*0.
