The vertical feed mixer features dependable, High-speed performance and quality construction combine to provide large capacity and increased output in the minimum time with maximum results. The vertical feed mixer is solidly constructed of 2 mm m. S steel and secure electrical welding joints assure performance dependability. The machine is mounted on 4 sturdy legs made of heavy-duty *0mm angel iron. The auger loading chamber is constructed of 2 mm m. S. Steel and is specially-designed for convenient transfer of materials to the conveyor. The large *2" diameter of the screw conveyor means larger delivery capacity in a shorter time and with less machine stress. This translates into increased productivity and longer machine life. Power is supplied by a 4 hp or **1 / 2 hp electrical motor driven by 2 v-belts. The converyor shaft is fitted with special heavy-duty, double-pressure conical bearings for outstanding service. All parts and lubrication points are easily accessible for periodic (***-hour) maintenance service. Special base-color paint prevents rust, and a coat of hammertone keeps the machine looking attractive.
