Description

Microbecide Electrostatic Sprayers are manufactured in Singapore, no other spraying system has our patented air-assisted electrostatic technology. Electrostatic Nozzle Technology Today, portable electrostatic spraying systems are used on everything from people standing in tanning booths to hospital rooms needing complete antiseptic coverage. Electrostatic technology creates opposite electric charges between the "spray" and the object. A typical droplet of spray from a conventional air-blast sprayer is around **0 microns. Microbecide electrostatic sprayers use "air-assisted" technologically engineered nozzles, whereby the spray is combined in a "shearing" action, which atomizes the spray particles down to *0 to *0 microns. As the mist exits the Microbecide nozzle, it is exposed to a negative charge. As the mist envelopes the target, it stalls, resulting in a "charged" fog around the target. The electrically-charged particles are automatically attracted to the target. The charge is small, but the force attracting the spray particles to the target is up to *5 times the force of gravity. The particles actually reverse direction and coat the underside, backside and crevasses of the target, referred to as "electrostatic wraparound." In comparison, a ***-micron droplet simply runs off a target and is largely wasted. All of the spray particles leaving the Microbecide nozzle have the same charge. Because "like" charges repel, particles cannot collect into large droplets which would fall off the target. At the same time, the swirling particles are not attracted to areas already coated ("like charged") and continue to seek out uncovered surface areas until there is uniform coverage (disposition) across the entire target. Essentially the entire target is "powder coated" with no drips or runs. Since insects are usually hidden on the undersides of surface areas and microscopic organisms in deep cracks and crevasses inside the target, they can continue to survive if the spray coverage is spotty. The distinct advantages of electrostatic spraying are the complete coverage and the extended contact time of the antimicrobial with the target. Bacterial and viral strains of all kinds are becoming more and more resilient and harder to eradicate. Experience is showing it is not just what is sprayed but how an antimicrobial is sprayed that matters most. Electrostatic spraying technology is the future for antimicrobial application. "Microbecide electrostatic sprayers are so efficient because they save time, reduce spray volume and provide excellent coverage". Electrostatic Spraying Systems, Inc. ("ESS") is the world leader in applying disinfectants, sanitizers, pesticides and other water-based solutions utilizing an electrostatic charge. Microbecide Electrostatic Sprayers are manufactured in Singapore in collaboration with Electrostatic Spraying Systems, Inc. (USA).
