We are manufacturers of biscuit moulds and dies which are made high quality gun metal and not plastic. We have supplied over ***0 die rollers of various sizes using high quality gunmetal. With following salient features: We are using latest pantograph machines for engraving which provide accurate relieve angle to the die cavity, enhancing release capability of the die. We are using CAD / CAM technologies for making dies with insert cups. We have our own foundry shop in which we cast gun metal rollers using centrifugal casting process. Every process is in house leading to better quality, reliability and timeliness.
