AU-MTPE*0 is the special enzyme used for chemi-mechanical pulping and long fiber pulping. It is extracted from three special-effect enzymes and is suitable for the range of pH 5.**8.0 and temperature ****5 °C. Advantages: 1. Polymerization 2. Brooming Effect 3. Antibacterial Action and Cleaning System Characteristics: Appearance: light brown powder pH: 6.5 ± 0.3 Odor: faint fermentation odor Density: 1.2 - 1.3 g/ml Activity: ****0 clunit / gram + / - 5% Effective temperature: Optimum temperature: *0 - *0 °C Effective temperature: *2 - *5 °C Effective pH value: Optimum pH value: 6.5 - 7.5 Effective pH value: 5 - 8 Optimum dosage: *5 - *0g per ton pulp Conclusion: AU-MTPE*0 will become ineffective only when pH ≥ 9.5 or temperature ≥ *5 °C or concurrence of both. If AU-MTPE*0 is ineffective, it usually can be found when paper drying, also can be found in the produced paper that AU-MTPE*0 does not have any effect.
