Plasticizer BAP is a weak acid and non-fatty acid type additive. Plasticizer BAP performs as a multi-functional and intensifying additive for processing natural rubber, SBR, BR etc. Plasticizer BAP which can effectively improve the compounding quality of mass loading rubber filler, silica, and calcium carbonate type fillers, it reduces the mixing time and benefit to minimize the production costs. BAP can be used as a fine vulcanization retardant for initial stage scorch of rubber, allowing higher temperature process during compounding therefore able to enhance process ability. * Great advantage of activating acidic accelerants, such as M, DM and TS during heating vulcanizing process. It is suitable applying on high hardness product (***** artificial leather) with only 0.**1 phr additive volume. BAP will enhance the dispersion force during compounding, better fluidity property so that smoothing extrusion process in molding.
