Jiangsu Taixing PS plate CO.,LTD is a integrated company of production and management all kinds of Printing Plate, covering about *7,**0 square meters. The company located in Taixing City Jiangsu Province, which near SHANGHAI Port,with beautiful surrounding and convenient traffic.The first phase investment RMB *5 million brought in a Reel production line which produces Positive PS plates Thermal CTP plates. Phase II investment is a Thermal CTP production line, which will be matched with Kodak plate. Annual production scale is 5 million square meters, with a goal to forming high-quality PS plate and CTP plate production line in China. The Reel PS plate production line that purchased stands *8 meters. It can produces Positive and Thermal CTP three types printing plate. The equipment uses a combination of mechanical and electrochemical processing technologies for surface roughness within a tension autopilot system. So it can gain a good grains distribution. Reverse distribution and hot-oil heat drying technologies can fully meet the market requirements for all types of existing printers specifications. The main material-Aluminium plate is form Huzhou Century Dongliang Co.,Ltd, the Coating is imported form Korea, this is the promise of high quality products. All printing plate of our factory are all pasted thought ISO***1:***0 certification. The quality was improved by lots of our cutomers. 3G Positive Presensitized Offset Printing Plates has good grain, water retention, high color contrast, fine grain surface and good dot reproduction. Regular sizes and special sizes of 0.*5mm, 0.*5mm, and 0.3mm thickness are available; 3G Positive Presensitized Offset Printing Plates can be divided into two types:VPS*1(color printing type)&VPS*2(Newspaper printing type).
