TG **0 P FULL AUTOMATIC SQUARE (CAROUSEL) PACKING MACHINE Our machine “ TP **0 Full Automatic Square (carousel) packing machine” Works on the same line together. The pulses which will be packed as bean , rice, lentil , pea etc. are put fully tight square shape either with the scale or with the volumetric sytem by this machine. All the pulses are packed by the machine without touching by hand. You need only one staff to work the machine and put the pulses alone which will be packed. It is easy to use. • TG **0 P is being checked under the control by B&R Bernicer and Rainer Industrial Electronic Automation Gmbh Industrial PC . • It was preferred servo motors for all the bowls and palettes on the machine. • The machine needs ***0 lt air compressor to work. • Having the pulses of the machine to pack is occured by automatic feeding unit (elevator). • By the Carousel system in the front side of the machine is done this still standing shaped package model.
