Application HARDUN series car medium temperature furnace can be used for anneal and spheroidal annealing of die steel, tool steel, alloy steel, various special steel casting and forgings. It also can be used for ageing and stress-relief annealing of large steel weldment and pressure container. They are used for annealing, normalization, hardening and tempering of roll, high manganese line-plates and grinding ball, they also can be used for heat treatment of special rolled steel and forgings. Product Feature The linings of HARDUN series car medium temperature furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires, which is stable and durable. There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation is not needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it . we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature , it can perform functions such as heating up, heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
