High Voltage Static Spraying Machines (HVSSM) is a high-tech product adopted advanced electrostatic spraying technology. It is use for spraying antirust oil on welding wire surface, and the oil mist on welding wire would be thin and well-proportioned. It&#**9;s widely used in cold rolling mill production line. The HVSSM combines machinery, hydraulic pressure, high voltage static electric filed generating, digital control system. The HVSSM consists of an oil spraying room, a high voltage static generating system, an oil transfer system, an oil spraying system, a power supply system and a control system. Operating principle: The power system supply **0KV DC to the oil spraying electrode, and the static is produced between the electrode and welding wire . After many times of atomization processes, the positively charged oil mist move to the negatively charged welding wire, then the oil mist adsorbed on the welding wire.
