Thank you for your interest in the O.S.C. Exchange transaction we
offered. I suppose, you have noticed in our procedure, that we are
able to ensure significantly higher profits than usual in
exchanging Euro to USD, as well as USD to Euro. We wouldlike to

immediately, where you canmeet them. You will be informed
inadvance about ever step. In the London HSBC bank your Euro and
USD accountswill be opened, and you can discuss and sign the
transaction (exchange)contract in the bank. Then the exchange
itself would take place in a couple ofdays.

possible, so that we would express our goodwill to you as a
possible outstanding client.
