Description

Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP) is a new highly-efficient thermal insulation material. It takes the whole perforated structure phenolic foam as the core material, which is sealed hermetically into the panel by using the vacuum insulation material on both sides under the state of vacuum, it makes the VIP extremely efficient in low thermal conductivity that is less than 0.**5w/m.k. The main character of VIP is high efficient, especially, eletricity-saving and building space-saving. The structure of vaccum insulation panel: Vacuum insulation board has three parts: core material——glass fiber; Barrier/ Envelope: Combination of multilayer polymer film, Aluminum foil, Ultra high barrier; Getter Desiccant: imported from Italy. The application of VIP: VIP is mainly used in heat insulation, such as refrigerator, deep freezer, subzero storage box, vending machine, beer dispenser, freezer container, refrigerated container, LNG storage and transportation tank and so on.
