Natural table olives are a craft elaborated by using recipes our ancestors recipes from the year ***0, using the natural ingredients sea salt and water. You can see the whole elaboration process on our website by simply clicking over `elaboration`. We process the following varieties of natural olives: • green arbequinas • black aragon They are hand picked to avoid any damage and then deposited in **0 kilo containers pre-prepared with a mixture of water, salt and wild aromatic herbs to give a natural flavour. The containers are left in silence and dark for *0 – *2 months to lose the initial sour taste. After this time they are ready to pack and consume. They are put into glass jars, and pasteurised so they preserve for a long time. No chemical products are used for their conservation – only salt and natural conservatives. New product - Black Aragon olives in virgin olive oil which are excellent for aperatives or salads because they are sweet, aromatic and very smooth because of the olive oil content. The net contents of the each glass jar is 0.**0 grams. These are packed in cardboard boxes containing *2 units each and there are *0 boxes a pallet. This gives a total weight of 1, **0 kilograms.
