Our drill collars are made of AISI***5H or ***2H modified alloy stee. It bores are trepaned from one direction with no mismatch. All drill collars are Q&T overall length by our own unique power frenquency induction heating treatment machine to ensure the hardnenss within **5 to **1 BHN which is guaranteed one inch below the surface of pipe. We also manufactures special drill collars with spiral, slip and elevator recesses, hardbanding and square drill collar. Our drill collar are available in lengths from *0 to *2 feet and outside diameter from 3 1/2" to *0". Nominal sizes and other relevant and important sizes are listed below.
