The general superiority and distinction of JH***-G compared with the common semi-automatic welding machines. JH******0G is the latest semi-automatic high strength chain flash butt welding machine which was researched by our factory. The biggest differences compared with the chain welding machines are as following. (1) After clamping the chain, the electrode electrifing will be changed from single side to double side. This overcomes the defects the defects (like over pressing and local burns)caused by the upper electrode and the poor contract between the electrode and chain, and makes the welded chain more smooth. (2) The clamping of chain is changed from pneumatic to hydraulic pressure. Through increasing the pressure to make a better contact between the chain and electrode. So that the chain will not be burned after electrifying. And also can easy to sdjust the strength of clamping according to the diameter of chain links. (3) It added the left and right upsetting on the chain links. This overcomes the defects of skidding. The left and right upsetting can be adjussted according to the length of links. The right upsetting is hydraulic, it can tight the chain automatically after putting the chain into the electrode. (4) Preheating, flashing, hydraulic upsetting by cam. This increases the upsetting force, decreases the wearing of cam, advances the speed of upsetting and makes the welding cut of chain more intension. (5) The sparks guard will work automatically when putting the chain into the electrode. The whole process is automatic. It improves the production efficiency and reduces the intensity of operators. (6) It asapts automatic supplying lubricating oil system. This enhances the welder life and makes lubrication better. (7) Ingeniously designed to fully cool the heating parts to improve the life of the electrode. It adapts the single centralized drainage pipes, and can see the drainage rostrum clearly. (8) Electrical control of the use of transucer, PLC, touch screen, encoder, snd control buttons, ect. It adapts silicon controllable rectifier(SCR) to welding, and makes the control more accurate, adjustment more convenient to weld a variety of specification chains. The machine control more intelligent, stronger adaptaation, can significantly improve the chain yields.
