WB*2 series CNC four-roller plate rolling machine, for which only one feeding of plate is needed to realize pre-bending and rolling end of plate, without reversion. And the least material is left for it of the variety plate rolling machine. For this series, upper roller, the driving roller, is driven by main power. Meanwhile, lower roller and side roller, the driven roller, is driven to turn by the friction between steel plate and spare roller. The position of upper roller is fixed; lifting up and down of lower roller & side roller is driven by the parallel oil cylinders at the two ends of upper roller. Turnover and reposition of turn end boy at the delivery end of upper roller is driven by oil cylinder. To raise the rigidity of lower roller, a support roller, up and down of what is driven by oil cylinder, is installed in the middle of lower upper roller. This series has the remarkable characteristics as following: 1. Working roller bearing is the type of self-aligning for milling machine, with low frictional resistance, low energy lost, as well as long service life. 2. The synchronal lifting up and down of both ends of upper roller and lower roller, gradient controlling and leveling of rolling cone, is controlled by CNC automatically, with high precision. 3. CNC system is invented and developed by the Company, with advanced technology of the multifunction as following: screen display, rolling calculation, program control, technical parameter memorization, software protection, failure alarm, as well as man-machine conversation.
