Application
Tire crusher is mainly used for
general tire and radial tire . This device is designed to crush
tires into blocks *0×*0mm for the further
processing.
Structure and Working Principle
The blades in the crushing chamber are driven turning by the main
motor to shear the tires with outer diameter less than 1.2m from the
in feed hopper. During the shearing process, blocks less than or
equal to *0**0mm are filtered out through the screen, bigger size
will be sent back for crushing again until smaller than the above
mentioned size.
