The machine applies varnish inside the tube, aerosol can. Guns with extensions, providing a combined rocking and straight movement, spray the required amount of varnish. The internal lacquering machine ensures even distribution of varnish thanks to the high rotational speed of the tubes around the axis. The "Easy Control" system - with independent needle, varnish spray and spraying cone slant controls - allows to adjust the spray with the machine moving. The spray is controlled by a microprocessor with a "start and stop spraying" control that can be selected digitally and independently for each gun.
