We are official representant and exclusive agent of Namibian Government - we are the china office of 2 seafood Italian trading companies: AGRAS (*****) and AGAP International We have an office in Xiamen for past 3 years. Pls find some informations about Namibian (or South African) Lobsters. Pls find in below email some background information & product list, Some further informations: 1/ Species: Jasus Lalandii, a cold water species landed off the West coast of Africa in both South Africa and Namibia! 2/ Prices : if you are interested pls tell me if you need prices for cooked or raw / which size would you be intereseted in ? (needs to be kept in consideration is that we are dealing with a cold water lobster which will substantially differ in price from any warm water species! You can get Cuban lobster of bigger sizes at a lower price, but the cold water species are more intense in flavour irrespective of whether they are from Southern Africa, Australia or New Zealand.) 3/ Stock and availability: I assume that the product required by you to be raw frozen and not cooked? This years production was entirely cooked as Japan required no raw frozen. Our season stretches from October through to April and our idea would be to have product for the Chinese market available from the start of the October season. This means that we would require an idea of possible requirement to produce against. We would however like to get into business for the following season. If you requires stock now, we would be able to assist through a company in South Africa that we have a good relationship with. They would be able to supply stock, probably still in time for the games and we could then continue with the business. 4/ Freight capacity: A *0ft container can carry 6 tons while A *0ft takes *4 tons.
