Progressive Cavity Pump is a new kind of oil production equipment. The system consists of down hole PC Pump and surface drive head.The PC Pump includes a rotor and a stator. With few moving parts, and without valves or complex channel, it features continuous pumping, no sand lock and air lock. The PC Pump can be widely used for production well completion testing, coal bed gas application etc. PC Pump is suitable for various fluid mediums, especially for high viscosity medium, because the pump is not sensitive to viscosity. It is also suitable to transporting medium containing particle or fibre, and mixture of gas and liquid. It is widely used in industries such as oil, coal, chemical, metallurgical & mining , paper making, building, waste water treatment etc. Progressive cavity pump has features of wide speed range, small pressure impulse, smooth running, low noise, simple construction, easy repairing, reliable working, long life etc. Flowrate can be adjusted by changing pump speed. Gear reducer or pulley-belt reducer are integrated in drive head. Motors can be equipped according to customer&#**9;s requirements.
