Our ceramic Cutting Tool is an inorganic materials, die-pressed and sintered using very fine and pure raw materials. These are oxide, carbide and nitride with high purity and fine microstructure. Since our ceramics is prepared byHIP process to condense completely, it is highly wear resistant and very strong against the fracture. Silicon nitride The main application area of Silicon Nitrides is the High-Performance machining of cast iron also under difficult cutting conditions such as heavily interrupted cuts and varying depths of cut. The outstanding wear resistance in combination with excellent toughness promise good process reliability under the roughest conditions. Oxide ceramic The classic ceramic cutting material The classic ceramic cutting material based on Al2O3 are applied in grooving, rough turning and finish turning of cast irons and alloyed cast irons without coolant. Cermet Cermet Cutting Tool is a composite between Titanium Carbide or Titanium Nitride with Carbidfe-Metal binder.Since the toughness of the cermet is stronger than that of ceramic and the hardmess of the cermet is harder than that of the tungsten carbide, cermet cutting tool shows high wear resistance, high speed cutting and excellent surface finish.
