PROCEDURE: A)Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking information and permission for soft probe plus BCL. B)Seller or his representatives issue an official Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the Buyer, buyer to sign and send back to seller. C) Seller sends the draft contract to Buyer with full banking details, for sign and seal. D)After contract signed by both sides. Buyer / Seller exchange contract-hard copy (4 copies) by DHL (or equal). E)Seller and Buyer lodge the contract in his bank. Buyer’s bank sends a BCL or an RWA via SWIFT to Seller’s bank. F)After receipt BCL or RWA from buyer’s bank. Seller’s bank will confirm the POP is ready. G)Buyer issue an Irrevocable, transferable and revolving pre-advice Documentary Letter Of Credit (DLC) to seller’s bank. H)Seller issue 2% performance Bond and full POP Document to activate Buyer’s DLC. I)Shipment (S) take place as mentioned in the contract ****5 days.
