PET recycling mainly means: the used PET bottles after being crushed, washed, dewatered, heating-plasticized and granulated processes. The recycled PET granules from the flakes can be re-made PET related products, especially been widely-used in chemical fiber and textile industry. For PET bottles are widely-used as drink bottle and dishware, as well as the sanitation reason, the PET recycling equipment has being the general focus center. The bottle caps, bottle rings and the stick labels are PE material, which can be centrally processed and granulated as well. Our company successfully developed new-generation (PET bottle flakes recycling and granulating machine), which adopts totally enclosed type, and there is no flying foam and noise in the whole process. Also with the characteristics of high-output: SJL**0 type machine can produce **0kg/h; of top-quality products: the granules are white and transparent, and of low- energy consumption.
