Description

Honeycomb cores are used in the fabrication of lightweight structures. The core material is typically \'sandwiched\' between skins and plywood, aluminum, FRP composite material, steel, granite, solid surface materials, paper etc. To attach the \'skin\' material to the honeycomb core, a bonding adhesive can be used or the materials can be laminated with polyester or epoxy systems. The resultant honeycomb panel results in one of the highest strength to weight core constructions available.
Polycore supply FRP PP honeycomb FRPan,which is most popular light weight ,stiffness FRPan in practice.FRP  as skin panel on both sides, PP honeycomb as core. They are composited from high pressure and heating. The features of Polycore FRP PP honeycombFRPan are light weight, high stiffness, sound damping, fire-retardnat,quakeproof, insulation, environmental friendly. They are applicable to the apartments and external walls of building and truck body, widely Used in boat,yatch,wind turbine,sports,tank cover and so on.
FRP surface thickness from 0.3mm to 3mm made according to clients request. Most popular in practice FRP skin thickness is 1.5mm.
Uv-treatment,anti-slip,sand surface,gel-coat treatment,painting treatment and so on can be made according to clients request.
