Also, we got the permission to manufacture Swing Bolster and Side Frame for the National Railway Department. Anshan Zhongyou TIPO Foundry Co., Ltd arranged Smelt arc furnace and fine argon blow device, Z***0II Sizing Machine, S***0E mill pinlon sand mulling manchine, Q***0 shotblast cleaning room, magnetic power testing machine especially for Swing Bolster and Side Frame, *0t whole fibre trolley **0KW electronic heat treating furnace, water glass sand mould dry furnace and sand core dry furnace, machine tool and measurement tool for Swing Bolster and Side Frame according to the manufacture requirement. We have all Chemical component, Mechanical Capability, metallographic and raw material testing tools and equipment. Apart from railway related product, we have casting capability of mechanism, metallurgy, mine, automobile, shipping, etc. We have been approved by ISO***1:***0 quality detection system and controlled process, as well as quality system. In the mean time, we have powerful engineering technology team and manufacture technology team in order to provide successful support for the quality casting.
