I.Description:

This design is based on China Standard GB ****8－***2(I-B) for residential sewage water after treatment, for purpose of environment protection.

 Advanced technology,reliableconvenience in operation, easy maintenance,lowrunning costs,water stability, the main equipmentfor the carbon steel structure,taking into account theenvironmental andhealth issuessurroundingthe water treatment plant, sothat thesewagetreatment projectisdecided to usethe wholeundergroundstructure, above the equipment,flowers and trees can be plantedso as tofurther beautifyenvironment.Covering limited space, reasonable layout.long running life,effective and automatic running. Pre-reflowNitrolysissludgeprocesses is used toreducethe amount ofsludge.

II.Here we recommend as the following process flow :

Residential Waste water collected →metal screen Grid(grill) filtering→Adjusting Deposite pond→Our water treatment System→Water Deposite pond→active carbon filter→quartz sand filter→Final Clean Water for agricultural Irrigation/discharge into river.

III.Design principle:

Sewage waste wateris collected by thedrainage system from residents, and thesewage waste water goesinto themetal (grid)grill well, andafter removal offloatedparticulatedebris,the water entersinto the conditioning(adjusting)pond,where the water ishomogenizedviaadjustment,alevel controller is equipped besides this pond,sothe signalthrough thelevel controldevice instructspump to pump thewater tothe Anaerobicpond,acidifiedhydrolysis andnitrification and denitrification, reducingthe concentrationof organic matter,removingpart of theammonia, andthen water flows intobiological contactoxidation pond A and Bforbiochemical reactions, suchponds aredivided into twobiologicalstages, wheremost of thebiological oxidationof organic pollutantsareadsorbedand degraded,with help oftheeffluentgravity,solid-liquid separationacts in deposite tankwhere waterflows intothe supernatantdisinfection pond, in whichchlorinationtabletsaredissolvedto killharmfulbacteria.
