Detailed Product Description LFM****0 Vertical Mutiduty Laminator
is a newly developed product geared to the market demand, which is
specially designed for water-based glue. The main unit is applied
in cementing, drying and laminating, easy to operate. It can be
used for multiple purpose, such as oil-type, water-based, and
dry-type lamination. It is a new style film laminating machine.
This machine contains mechanical, electric and pneumatic elements,
and has such advantages: stable running, flexible operation, and
easy maintenance. It is widely used for laminating film on
following materials, such as the cover of books and periodicals,
pictures, calendars, cards, sample books, packing boxes, etc. It is
an ideal equipment for printing, packaging and laminating factory
to improve the quality of printed matters and reduce the processing
cost. Main technical parameters: *-The vertical design of the main
machine takes less area and saves material. *-The main machine
collects coating glue, drying, and laminating film all in one, it
is convenient to operate. *-A tractor serves several purposes, it
is suitable for oil glue, water base glue and gluless film.
*-Compared with the bridge type drier, the drying system makes the
glued film work steady and not to excusion from right to left.
*-The laminating steel roller diameter is very big, it is heated by
oil, and the temperature of roller surface is uniform stability.
*-The laminating pressure is controlled by pneumatic, Human machine
interface design, easy to operate and convenient to use. *-The
machine equip with three rolling carts, convenient to change the
rolling and make the machine continuous working. *-The main machine
adopts frequency control of motor speed, adjust the working speed
stably and neatly. *-The glue is coated by the circulatory system
of pneumatic and bidirection membrane pump, convenience and stable
